The BISCAST Graduating Student Council (BGSC) is the official student organization representing graduating students at Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST) in Peñafrancia Avenue, Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines 4400.
Who We Are
The BISCAST Graduating Student Council (BGSC) is the official student council representing graduating students of Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology. It works to address the needs and concerns of the graduating body, safeguard their interests, foster unity, and support a meaningful and dignified graduation experience.
All graduating students officially enrolled at BISCAST are automatic members of the BGSC. Members may participate in official programs and activities, receive timely graduation-related information, and access services provided or facilitated by the Council.
